Scott has been an important voice and advocate for the care and support of ministry leaders and he will be addressing the leadership challenges and opportunities in the midst of these tumultuous times.
This gathering, focused on LEADING IN CHAOS is both timely and important. Every ministry leader would admit that the last couple of years have been a whirlwind. Whether seasoned or green, the volume and pace of ministry challenges and obstacles facing us have become overwhelming. This has only served to amplify the pitfalls and landmines of ministry leadership, leading to staggering rates of burnout, failure, isolation, depression, and anxiety in and even departure from ministry. Is it possible to lead in a healthy and fruitful way in these overwhelming and uncertain times? We think so, and are grateful to have Scott leading our time!
