No leader is immune to failure....we’ve all been there. Critical missteps can hurt families, ministries, churches and communities. Is it possible to avoid failure altogether? And how should we respond if we do fail? In our time together we will address common landmines that make leaders susceptible to failure, provide practical steps to expose and avoid risk factors, and learn to respond to failure with courage and integrity.
