Conflict Without Destruction: Navigating Difficult Moments Well
Conflict is an inevitable part of ministry—but it doesn’t have to be destructive and can actually draw our hearts closer to God and others. This interactive workshop creates space for leaders to explore how we respond to conflict, what gets stirred up in our own hearts, and how we can navigate difficult moments with greater health, courage, and grace. Through guided reflection, discussion, practical tools, and connection with others, we’ll make room to process real experiences and consider what it looks like to pursue both truth and relationship when conflict arises.
This event is free, and lunch is included.
Ministry Leader Gatherings are focused on the needs of those who serve in ministry leadership, but these events are open to all, including lay ministry leaders, elders, para-church staff, and others in leadership positions outside of ministry. Walk-ins are welcome as space allows, but please register early to reserve your spot (and your lunch)!
