Two primary goals of every ministry leader is to disciple their congregations to cultivate intimacy with God and to love one another (John 17). Many desire to love others but very few have the actual skills to do so. In fact, many church and relational conflicts arise because people are unaware of their motives, emotions and impact, and don’t know how to actually implement the skills necessary to have healthy, Godly relationships. We tend to bring into the church the sinful or dysfunctional ways of relating that we learned in our families of origin. Ministry leaders can do the same.

Part 3 of this Ministry Leader Gathering is designed to allow God to effectuate deep, beneath the surface change in our hearts, and teach foundational practical skills for loving healthy relationships with our congregation, family, friends and loved ones. This session will cover:

Each of these gatherings are stand- alone - so please come even if you have not attended the previous sessions.

Salem Bible Church is hosting this Multi-Part Ministry Leader Gathering over the 2019-2020 season. Participation in all the sessions is highly encouraged but not required, there will be overlap and review of materials in each session for anyone who had not attended the previous session(s).
